Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (18+)

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• The Service is for entertainment only and is not directed to children.

2) Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login details confidential.
• We may require verification to protect the Service and our users.

3) Acceptable use

You must not:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/scripts, or interfere with the Service or other players.
• Reverse engineer, copy, sell, or commercially exploit the Service except where permitted by law.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or attempt unauthorised access.

4) Social casino; no real-money gambling

• The Service simulates casino-style gameplay for social entertainment.
• No real-money gambling is offered. You cannot cash out or win money.
• No prizes of real-world value are awarded through gameplay.

5) Virtual currency & virtual items

• Virtual currency/items (e.g., coins, credits, tokens, boosters) have no cash value, are not property, and are not redeemable for money or anything of monetary value.
• We may change, suspend, or remove virtual currency/items, balances, or access to them to operate the Service, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
• Transfers, trading, or selling virtual currency/items outside the Service is prohibited unless we explicitly allow it in writing.

6) Optional purchases (if offered)

• If we offer paid options, purchases provide virtual currency/items or features only, not money, payouts, or prizes.
• Prices, taxes (including GST where applicable), and payment methods will be shown at checkout.
• To the extent permitted by law, purchases are final once delivered/credited. If a refund is required by law, we will comply.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in removal of credited items and suspension/termination of your account.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, text, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment while you comply with these Terms.

8) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and/or remove virtual currency/items) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, posed a security risk, engaged in abuse, or where required to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted or contain errors.
• To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and limit our total liability to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or NZD 50 if you paid nothing).
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply and cannot be excluded.

10) Disputes & governing law

If you have a concern, contact us first and we will try to resolve it in good faith. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction (meaning you may have rights to bring a claim elsewhere if the law allows).

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, in-app or on the website). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
